1. MOQ: 1x20' for 3 models maximum
2. Payment: 30% deposit after confirmation of order, 70% against Bill of lading after shipment, We also accept L/C, trade assurance, Paypal etc.
3. Warranty: All boats are guaranteed for 1 year time,
4. Accessories suppliable: For professional fisherman, Coolstar can install many optional accessories on the boat, like bow casting deck, live well box, storage box, fishing rod box, fishing rod holder, waterproof floor with felt, oiltank tray, battery tray, steering console etc.
5. Spare parts: Coolstar supply additional spare parts ,like drain plug, oarhold at cost price
6. Sample order : Coolstar is a bulk boats supplier, normally ship the order in container load, we reject 1 pc order. Coolstar normally doesn't accept sampe order, but when customer can show the potential of bulk order, we specially accept sample order, at Usd150 extra handling charge.
6. Product tolerance: Aluminum boat is mainly handmade product, some productive tolerance is unavoidable, and some scratch on hull surface is acceptable.
